If you are a PAYE taxpayer and have donated €250 or more to the Keith Duffy Foundation during the tax year, the Foundation can reclaim the tax paid on your donation.
How it works
Fill in and return a Tax Relief Form (CHY2 Cert) and you can help the Foundation reclaim extra funds from the Revenue Commissioners.
This is at no extra cost to you — and this extra funding will make a real difference to a family with a critically ill child.
